HOFFMAN DRY CLEANING OPENS IN TURKEY

Veli Akman, Chairman of the Board of Hoffman Dry Cleaning, told Private Sector about his success in the capital and his initiatives to expand his experience nationally. Noting that there are problems and deficiencies in the sector in the field of Dry Cleaning, Akman explained the work they have done to train qualified personnel in this field and to provide quality service. Located in Ankara Çayyol, the brand aims to grow with franchise and branch out across the country. Explaining that their professional responsibilities are difficult to compensate unlike other sectors, Akman stated that they will make a difference in the sector with practices such as compensation for damages and the establishment of a complaint center in order to eliminate customer grievances.
Founded in 1960 by the late Selami Akman, Hoffman Dry Cleaning serves in Ankara Çayyol. Our aim is to bring quality service to the customer.
We operate for the conscious and correct progress of the dry cleaning sector. With 64 years of knowledge and experience, we handle this profession in a professional manner. We have determined our motto as getting friendly results with conscious work, quality service and trouble-free service network and we have aimed to be a pioneer in the sector for years with this understanding.
The difference of our profession from other professions is our responsibility towards customers. We operate in a field where it is difficult to compensate for and return a problem experienced, but we act with the awareness of this responsibility and strive to do our job flawlessly.

WILL TRAIN QUALIFIED PERSONNEL WHILE BRANCHING OUT

We have set as our growth target to spread our experience and knowledge in the sector to a wider area with the franchise method and to deliver our service to every region nationwide. While making this planning, it is important for us that entrepreneurs who want to use our brand have information about the profession. As I mentioned before, the field in which we operate is a field with risks and where it is very difficult to compensate for the problems that may arise. Considering these risks, we take into account the knowledge and skills of the franchisee investors about the profession. Our concern here is both to eliminate the risks of the investor and to represent our brand in the right way. For this reason, we also offer a training package for entrepreneurs who want to become franchisees. After the necessary 1-month trainings are given by our expert staff, we demand that the business is ready. This will enable investors to start the sector with added value.
From another perspective, we are also producing a solution to the problem of qualified personnel, which we think the sector needs.
After this stage, we decided to opt for the franchise method. The most important reason for this is that we want our brand and quality understanding, which has reached a remarkable recognition in the sector, to spread throughout Turkey.

WE SHARE OUR POWER WITH FRANCHISE

Apart from the fact that the service reaches different regions with the same standard, the management of the stores becomes simpler and more organized with the franchise method. The franchise method offers serious conveniences in order to provide standards in stores managed by a centralized decision in accordance with the age and to provide the same quality service at every point. For this reason, this was our preference.
We aim to grow by sharing our strength with this system, which benefits both our brand and our business partners.
Currently, we already have a network for Ankara and its surroundings, but we anticipate that our dealership and growth process will gain momentum with the fair and various events. For this reason, we attach importance to sectoral fairs. We think that fairs and events will be effective both to follow the developments in the sector and to make our brand nationally known.
